First raced by Jim Clark with Lotus in June 1967, the Ford Cosworth DFV eventually became available to all for £7500.
Jim's 1967 yellow Lotus Elan S3 NLD 550E was expected to be parked outside the Loretto Chapel before, during and after the Chapel Service on April 22nd. It stood alongside his red Elan 997 NUR at Duns and Chirnside on April 7/8 at the 50th Anniversary Event.

Jim's Elan parked next to Doug Niven's Elite at Thirlestane Castle on 3rd June 2018. A welcome history of the car was on the rear shelf as you can see, below is a photographic copy taken at Bo'ness in 2019.
